In the execution of this engagement, we consolidated the authentication and authorization methodology to use Siteminders capabilities instead of SNARE.

The scope of the project was to identify and convert all web application Login mechanisms to one common login. In the execution of this engagement, we will consolidate the authentication and authorization methodology to use a redundant multi-master directory on a Sun Solaris platform. This project fell under many regulations including 21 CFR Part 11; European Data Standards; HIPAA compliance. Therefore we had to use a process that would allow for regulated systems that could be easily validated.
